By subscribing to The Daily War Room newsletter or using our website at thedailywarroom.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe or use our services. "We," "us," and "our" refer to The Daily War Room, operated by Eric Vevang.
The Daily War Room is a daily email newsletter delivering commentary and analysis on world events, financial markets, health, family, and faith. We offer two subscription tiers:
Free subscription: Three sections (Scripture, The World, The Bottom Line) delivered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Paid subscription: All six sections (Scripture, The World, Markets & Money, Health & Fitness, Family Pulse, The Bottom Line) delivered daily. Pricing is $10/month or $100/year.
Free subscriptions require only an email address. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at your selected interval (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked in every paid newsletter email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive the paid newsletter through the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued for partial months. Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 14 days of an annual subscription, you may request a full refund by emailing briefing@thedailywarroom.com. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access through the end of your paid year.
We may change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.
The Daily War Room is an editorial newsletter. Nothing in our content constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, or financial instrument. Our Markets & Money section provides commentary and context — not guidance for your specific financial situation. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Our Health & Fitness section provides general wellness information for educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen.
The Daily War Room contains opinion, analysis, and editorial commentary. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. All content published through The Daily War Room — including text, design, logos, and the newsletter format — is the property of The Daily War Room and is protected by copyright. You may share individual editions with others for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, redistribute, or reproduce our content in any commercial context without written permission. Forwarding the newsletter to a friend is encouraged. Copying our content into your own publication is not.
By subscribing, you agree not to use our services to distribute spam, malware, or any unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or subscriber data, misrepresent your identity or affiliation when subscribing, or share paid content systematically with non-subscribers in a manner intended to circumvent the paid subscription.
We reserve the right to terminate any subscription — free or paid — for violation of these terms.
The Daily War Room is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, error-free content, or specific outcomes from following any information in our newsletter. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Daily War Room and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on our content or services, including any financial losses from decisions made based on our Markets & Money commentary.
Our newsletter and website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Clicking a link in our newsletter does not imply our endorsement of the linked content.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bonner County, Idaho.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers by including a notice in our newsletter or updating this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
